Rockwood Ultra Lite 2606

This inspection was for a new unit only 6 months after purchase. My unit and was part of my training. I notated in the report the modifications made. Items like the changed thermostat, RV Lock installed, Dinette removed. Issues found were a small hole at front cap on roof.

Newmar Canyon Star Handicapped equipped

This inspection had some surprising issues. The Slideout Awning  had a major tear. The Handicap lift had two issues, going up it would not lift the safety end to allow full up operation. Going down it would not engage in the up position not allowing it to go down. Lastly its suspected the unit was not winterized properly and the back wall of the shower leaked water when connected to city water down into the gray/sewer/water bay.

2008 Fleetwood Fiesta LX

This inspection had major Life Safety issues. All Life Safety items were non functioning. The Smoke Detector did not have a battery, it was also past its lifespan date. The LP detector was connected but did not alarm and was past its lifespan date. The Carbon Monoxide detector was disconnected from power, when reconnected it alarmed that it was past its lifespan date.  The Fire Extinguisher was past its lifespan date.
